What we keep about you, and how to make us delete it.
OrgTicker keeps as little as it can. There are no accounts, no tracking scripts, no cookies and no analytics on this site. Last updated 22 September 2026.
What we keep
If we emailed you a free sample: your work email address, your first name if it was listed, your agency or company name and its website, and the market we think you cover (for example sales roles in the United States). We took these from your company's own public website or public profile. We also keep a record of which sample was sent and when.
If you subscribe: your email address, the filter you asked for, and your subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
If you write to us: the email and our reply.
We do not track whether you open our emails or click links in them.
Why we keep it
Only to send you the report, to shape it to your market, and to make sure we never email someone after they ask us to stop, and never send more than two emails nobody asked for. For people we contact without a prior relationship, this rests on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to a business address, and every email explains how to opt out in one step.
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us
A few service providers process data on our behalf, only to run the service:
Resend sends our emails. Cloudflare receives email sent to orgticker.com. Vercel hosts this website and, like any web host, keeps short technical logs such as IP addresses. Stripe processes payments for subscribers.
How long
If you got a sample and never replied, your details are deleted within 12 months of the last email we sent you.
Subscriber details are kept while you subscribe and deleted within 90 days after you cancel, except payment records that the law requires us to keep.
If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do not contact list. That is the one thing that guarantees you never hear from us again.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@orgticker.com from the address concerned. We answer within 30 days, usually the same week.
To stop all email right now, use the unsubscribe page or reply to any email with the word stop.
